Property Information

The inspiration for the creation of Casa Ticul is based on two intersecting and magical forces. The first originated in the dreams of the Cuevas Family and the nostalgia the Family feels for the history of the Yucatan lands. The second is the abilty to have worked hand-and-hand with the original project Architect, Richard Köhler who was able to conceptualize the Cuevas Family passions and reflect them elegantly in the modern architecture. Together they were able to express the constant presence and vitality of the friendly people of this Caribbean resort location through its art, music, nature, but especially the gastronomy, traditions and warm hospitlity of our beautiful Mexico!
